This cottage belongs to my own family so you will find it upscale. Everything has been well maintained and in good repair. The flooring, carpet, electrical and water pipes have all been replaced.

As you enter the front door you will know Martha Stewart had an influence here. The front porch with screened windows on three sides is light and bright and the ideal place to read the evening paper or just to watch the world go by.

The living room is all original tongue and groove golden cedar that embraces you as soon as you walk in. The wall of windows invites in the sun of the southern exposure.The new furniture is "duo soft" and asks to be sat in. The new TV/VCR and stereo radio/cassette equipment are all offered for your own enjoyment. I have TV cable for good reception.
There is a ceiling fan and gas fireplace in the living room, nice if chilly. This room is designed for comfort and good socializing.

The three cedar bedrooms are not large but each have dressers, night tables, a place to hang your clothes and excellent new QUEEN BEDS.

The KITCHEN is fully equipped with new full sized appliances including a dishwasher. Microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee pot, glasses, dishes etc.

There is a cheery yellow and white sun room at the back of the house behind the kitchen with a handsome retro dinette table and chairs with lots of chrome.

The bathroom is clean and bright and has a shower.
Unlike most cottages if arranged there is no need to bring everything.

Walk, cycle or roller blade along the towns newly paved streets

or leisurely stroll our tree lined streets and take time to smell the flowers.
